Great products, great service!
Over the years I have had Reece Builders do windows on 2 different houses and a roof. Their products are top of the line and they have always been very fast with fixing any issues. Even years after installation. Can't recommend them enough!!
Sliding Glass Door
Bill was very courteous and professional. He came out to install a new screen door and lock. He called to make sure I was home and to schedule a convenient time. Super nice guy.
Outstanding replacement windows
In 2022 we started phase 1 of window replacement with Rees3 Builders. Can't say enough positive about our wall of windows and Pato door set. They truly help with energy costs. Absolutely solid in construction and the staff who did the install were stellar. If you know someone needing old windows replaced Reese is the company to call. We hope to complete phase 2 in the coming year. They are definitely providing quality products and service.
Shower replacement
Excellent. I am thrilled with the finished remodel. It looks better than I anticipated. Randall Every detail is well done. Randall Preddy the installer was impressive and communicated with me well. He was very thorough and cleaned up continually. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new shower. Ask for Randall to be the installer!

Sales
A representative Of Reece Builders came to my home in High Point Saturday 10-27-2023 at about 12:45 pm. He was told that I wanted nothing and leave me alone. He then proceeded to ask me questions , again he was told that I wanted nothing and leave me alone. Bottom line is this , he continued to talk without leaving. Well , the conversation devolved , I was called an asshole and things got heated. Cussing on my part and an oral sex comment was made by him. Next time I’ll call the police and let them escort your representative off my property. Companies that resort to canvasing neighborhoods generally don’t rate well, if they did there’d be no need for this type of sales. Personally I can’t rate Reece Builders low enough. In the future do not contact me for any reason , don’t even respond to this email. Any further contact will be considered harassment and dealt with accordingly.

Amazing customer service!
Can't say enough good things about the company, it's sales and installation crews. Professional throughout the whole process and came back to do a tweak one year later with the same attention to customer service as before. Recommend HIGHLY. Great service and follow up. Super attentive, very friendly and treat you like you're their only customer. Go for it.
New Door
Had some minor issues with our new door. Bill Carpenter addressed all of these issues. He always was sincere and very courteous about taking care of each issue. Appreciated each phone call being returned in a timely manner.
Strong Work Ethic
I am 74. A disciplines that is not what it used to bé is going away. That is a strong work ethic. Dan Minnick, Jordan, & Chris are 180 degrees diferents . Their professionalism, dedication to customer, company was evident in the way the worked. Old School!! Their guys worked so hard and diligently despit the heat and odd kind of windows, get still took time to answer any qüestions I had about operation, screens, cleaning. Great bunch of old school hard working guys.best working crew of guys working together that' I haver seen sincer leaving the militar tests ago. Hope to have the over for6 some more work later. Thanks Dan, Jordan & Chris and thank all you folks at Reece Builders for the best windows on the planet and the pleasure of watching the best crew period, do the installation. A enjoyable and learning experience.
